48. Ramayana’s Veg poha ?

Ingredients
● 1 small bowl Poha (Flattened rice)
● pinch of Mustard seeds
● pinch of Cumin seeds (Jeera)
● 2 sprig Curry leaves , roughly torn (optional)
● 1 teaspoon (each) Onion , capsicum ,tomato finely chopped and other seasonal veggies
● 1 Green Chilly finely chopped(optional)
● 1 teaspoon Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali)
●pinch of Turmeric powder (Haldi)
● Salt to taste
● 1 teaspoon Lemon juice (optional)
● Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , a small bunch finely chopped(optional)
● Few drops of Oil

Method
● To begin making the Mixed Vegetable Poha Recipe, heat few drops of Oil in a pan
● Heat few drops of oil in a kadai, add the mustard and cumin seeds; allow it to crackle. Add the curry leaves,onions,capsicum,tomato n other seasonal veggies (broccoli,mushroom,carrot etc) and saute until softened. Once they softened, sprinkle some salt,turmeric powder,chilly..acc to taste and allow it to cook
● Place the poha in a colander and rinse it well under running water. Stir the poha gently by using your fingers while rinsing, otherwise they will become mushy at the time of cooking. Once washed set aside the poha for 15 min.
● Stir to combine and finally add rinsed poha.
●Give the poha a gentle stir until all the ingredients come together. Turn the heat to low . Allow the mixed vegetable poha to cook in the steam along with the vegetables. This will take about 2 minutes.
● After 2 minutes, you will notice the poha has puffed up slightly. At this stage turn off the heat. Stir in the juice from half lemon and the coriander leaves n peanuts
● Serve the Mixed Vegetable Poha??

Ingredients
•30gm homemade paneer diced in cubes
• Few drops of oil
• pinch of cumin seeds
•1 tsp onion thinly sliced
•1 garlic finely chopped
• pinch of kashmiri chilli powder (or mild paprika)
• pinch of coriander powder
• Pinch turmeric powder
• 1 medium green pepper thinly sliced(optional)
• 1 tsp small tomato sliced
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Fresh coriander for garnish

Method
•Heat few drops of oil in a heavy bottom sauce pan. Add cumin seeds and sizzle for 30 seconds. •Add the onions and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. As they begin to soften add the garlic paste and fry for a few seconds. •Add all the spice powders and stir for a further minute. If the spices stick to the base of the pan add a splash of water.
•Now add the peppers and mix with all the spices for 4-5 minutes. Add the tomato at this stage and cook until slightly softened.
•Now add the paneer cubes and stir well to coat with all the spices. Cook for a couple of minutes, season to taste.
•Add the lemon juice & garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot????

Ingredients

• 2 sp coriander leaves
•1 tsp red onion thinly sliced
•1 tsp black olives or sweet corn
•1 tsp green or red bell pepper,chopped
•1 tsp tomato,chopped
•1 tsp cucumber sliced
•1 teaspoon dried oregano
•1 tsp lemon, juice
•ground black pepper to taste
•salt to taste
•1 tsp chopped avocado (optional)
6-7 pieces of boiled soya chunks

Method

•In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, onion, olives, bell peppers, tomato, avocado,cucumber and soyabean.
•Whisk together oregano, lemon juice and black pepper,salt. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve immediately. ??

Ingredients
•2 tsp boiled Rajma (Large Kidney Beans)
•2 tsp boiled Soybeans (Whole Soya dal)
•1 tsp boiled Black Eyed Beans (Lobia) or rongi
2-3 sp chopped mushrooms (optional)
•1 tsp Onion finely chopped
•1 tsp Red or ,yellow or ,green Bell pepper (Capsicum) finely chopped
•1 tsp tomato finely chopped
•Coriander(Dhania)Leaves half bunch finely chopped
•1 tsp boiled sweet corn
•salt to taste
•black pepper to taste
•1 tsp lemon juice.
• few drops of oil

Method
– Heat few drops of oil in a deep .add onion, tomato,capsicum ( green ,red,yellow), mushrooms nd saute.
– Combine all other the ingredients in
a deep with the saute vegetables. And add rajma, soyabean, black eyed beans or rongi, sweet corns, nd,coriander leaves, slate,lemon juice, black pepper and toss well . Serve immediately.

Ingredients
•1 tsp chopped onion
•1 tsp boiled green peas
•1 tsp boiled sweet corn
•1 tsp chopped tomato
•1 tsp chopped cucumber
•pinch of chaat masala
•1 tsp lemon juice
•1 tsp pomegranate
•1 tsp coriander leaves Roughly chopped

Method
Add the onion and green peas corn n mix well then add tomato, cucumber, salt,pinch of chaat masala n coriander leaves,lemon juice n mix well garnish with pomegranate .sever it ??
