64. Ramayana’s Healthy Sheera ?

Ingredients
•1tbsp whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
•1tbsp ragi (nachni / red millet) flour
•1 tbsp soya flour
•2-3 tsp grated jaggery (gur)
•2 pinch of cardamom (elaichi) powder
• few drops of ghee

For The Garnish
•2-3 sliced almonds (badam)

Method
•Boil 1½ cups of water in a broad non-stick pan, add the jaggery to it and simmer till it melts. Keep aside.
•Heat the ghee in the same non-stick pan, add all the flours and sauté on a slow flame till they turn light brown in colour.
•Add the jaggery water and cardamom, mix well till no lumps remain and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes while stirirng continously.
•Serve hot and garnished with almonds. ??

63. Ramayana’s Quick vegetable tikki ?

Ingredients :
•2 tbsp grated bottle gourd (lauki)
•1 tsp boiled and coarsely mashed green peas
•1 teaspoon grated carrot
•1 teaspoon chopped onions
•2 tsp besan (bengal gram flour)
•1 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
•1 finely chopped green chilly(optional)
•salt to taste
•Few drops of oil

Method :
– Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix very well using your hands.
– Divide the mixture into few portions.
– Heat a non-stick tava grease it with few drops oil (if required) and cook the tikkis at a time on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.
– Serve hot ? and enjoy your meal ??

62. Ramayana’s Oats and Cauliflower tikki

62. Ramayana’s Oats and Cauliflower tikki?

Ingredients
•1 cup Oats
•1 tbsp finely chopped cauliflower florets
•1 tbsp chopped Onion
•1 tbsp chopped bell peppers
•salt to taste
•Pinch of cumin powder
•pinch of Red chili powder
•1/4 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves ( Hara Dhaniya)
•1/2 tbsp brown bread crumbs
•few drops of oil
•1 or 2 tbsp water to soak the oats.

Instructions
•Put oats in bowl and add 1 or 2 tbsp of water just to make them wet. Keep this bowl aside.
•Heat few drops of Oil in a Kadai or Pan and add onions. Once the onion become translucent.
•add the chopped cauliflower and bell peppers. Mix well and then add all the spice powders.
•Cook for at least 5 minutes and then add the soaked oats and salt. Mix well and switch off the flame.
•Take this mixture out in a bowl and let it cool. Add crushed brown bread. Adjust the salt too. Mix well and make a dough.
•Divide this dough into equal portions and make the Tikkis.
•Heat few drops of oil in a non stick flat pan and placed these tikkies. Once they get cooked and brown on one side, flip them and cook from other side. Serve hot?with Green cilantro chutney and enjoy.??

INGREDIENTS
•30grm grated homemade paneer
•pinch of coriander seeds
•pinch of black pepper powder
•salt to taste
•1 tsp green chilly(optional)
•1 tsp onion
•pinch of chilli flakes
•1 tbsp condensed curd
•1 tsp corn flour
•1 tbsp besan

Method
grate the paneer ,then dry roast coriander seeds n black pepper grind into a powder add grated paneer n little coriander,pepper powder,green chilly,onion n salt.take condensed curd in a bowl add red chilli flakes then take besan in a bowl add coriander n pepper powder n blend the besan with corn flour put in the filling n shape into a kebabas n grill on griller till turns golden brown n serve hot????

60. Ramayana’s Mushroom Tikka ??

Ingredients:–
•4 spoon curd /condensed curd
•pinch of turmeric(haldi),red chilli,cumin, jeera powder
•1tsp lemon juice
•Pinch of garam masala
•pinch of ajwain
•Few drops of oil,
•1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste(optional)
•Salt to taste.

Vegetables:
• 8 big mushrooms
• 1 onion (cut into petals )
• 1 green or red or yellow capsicum into cubes
Instructions
•Firstly, in a large mixing bowl, take the curd and masalas.Mix well to form a smooth and thick mixture.
•Add mushrooms, onion, green capsicum to it ,coat them with the mixture for marination.
•After marination, insert the marinated mushroom, capsicum and onions into skewers. Further, roast it on a hot tawa or grill in oven or tandoor or microwave it.
•Roast on medium flame and keep rotating skewers in between.
•Roast all sides, making sure it doesn’t burnt.
•Finally, sprinkle some chaat masala onto it and serve immediately with mix chopped salad ? ??
