10. Ramayana’s FRESH CORN AND BHEL SANDWICH?

INGREDIENTS
•1 tablespoon boiled sweet corns
•1 tsp sev and roasted puffed rice
•1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
•1 tsp chopped cucumber
• pinch of chaat masala
•1/2 tsp green chutney (homemade)
•1 tsp chopped tomato
•1 tsp chopped onion
•salt to taste
•2 slices of brown bread

METHOD
•Wash and chop cucumber, coriander leaves, tomatoes, onions,sweet corn and Keep them aside in a deep bowl.
•add salt, sev, puffed rice, green chutney and chaat masala. Mix all the ingredients well.Now spread the mixture on one slice and cover it with another slice. place the sandwich in the pan and griller nd sandwich maker. turning sides till light golden.Serve hot????

9. Ramayana’s carrot paneer sandwich ?

INGREDIENTS
•2 bread slices..brown bread
•1 spoon grated carrots ( gajar )
•30 gm crumbled paneer (homemade paneer )
•1 spoon chooped tomato
• Pinch of cumin seeds ( jeera )
•Black pepper ( ground ) to taste
•2-3 chopped coriander leaves
•Few drops of oil
•Salt According to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Grate carrots. Finely chopped tomato.
Crumble or grate the paneer and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds.
When cumin seeds crackle, add chopped tomato.
Cook tomato for a couple of minutes till it becomes slightly mashed.
Add grated carrots and crumbled paneer along with salt.
Fry for a minute till it gets blended with the tomato.
Then add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Finally add black pepper powder and stir.
Remove from heat and keep this carrot and paneer filling aside.
Meanwhile toast the bread slices on a tava
Take a generous portion of the prepared carrot paneer filling and spread it on one side of a toasted bread slice.
Cover with another slice.
Carrot paneer sandwich is now ready?

INGREDIENTS
•2 bread slices(brown bread)
•1 teaspoon chopped capsicum
•1 teaspoon chopped tomato
•1 tablespoon chopped onion
•1 tablespoon chopped cucumber
• 1 tbspoon chopped broccoli
•Add salt and freshly ground black pepper (oregano optional )powder to taste

Method.
•Mix all the ingridients in a bowl.Put salt and black pepper. Spread this mixture on bread Nd cover by another bread,grill the bread in sandwich maker or on non stick tawa.
•Serve hot with green chutney??

7.? Ramayana’s Mushroom tomato oregano sandwich??

? Ingredients?
•2 brown bread or multigrain bread slices
•few drops of oil
•chopped onion and tomato,capsicum (1tbsp each)
• green chilli(optional)
•2-3 pcs of mushroom.. chopped them
•salt to taste
•pinch of oregano

For the mushroom oregano topping:

Heat the few drops of oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onion,tomato,capsicum n sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes or till they turn translucent. Add green chilli,mushrooms and sauté on a medium flame for some minutes. Add oregano and salt and sauté on a high flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till the mushrooms turn soft.
How to proceed:
•take 2 brown bread.
•Spread a portion of the mushroom oregano topping on one bread slice then put 1 tbsp of choped tomato over it then place other bread slice n it n grill it
•Serve immediately.????

6. Ramayana’s Masala sandwich?

INGREDIENTS
●Few drops of oil
●Pinch of mustard seeds
●Pinch of cumin seeds
●1 spoon(each) finely chopped tomato, onion, capsicum,carrot
●green chilies – finely chopped( optional)
●2 curry leaves (optional)
●Pinch of turmeric powder, cumin powder,chaat masala powder
●salt as per taste
●2 bread slices of brown bread

Metod
•Heat few drops of oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
•Next add onions, green chilies,curry leaves, tomatoes, capsicum and grated carrot.
•Mix very well.
•Then add turmeric powder cumin powder, chaat masala powder ,spice powders very well.
•Add salt as per taste.
•Cover the pan with lid and cook the veggies till they are done.
•The vegetable mixture has to be cooked then add chopped coriander leaves.
Mix very well.
•Keep the vegetable stuffing for masala bread toast aside.
•Heat a tawa or sandwich maker.
•Place sliced bread slices on the tawa.
•Turn over the bread slices which are toasted.
•Spread the veg masala filling on top, the bread will be toasted nicely from the base.
Serve immediately ?
