Half spoon salt
1/4 Cup curd
1 cup water
Mix it well
Well combined
Half cup water

Smooth batter
2 spoon chopped capsicum
2 spoon grated carrot
2 tsp onion finely chopped
2 tsp finely chopped coriander
1 inch grated ginger
2 finely chopped green chilli
Mix well
Well combined
Half spoon fruit salt eno
Mix well
Turns forthy
Pan seasame sprinkle
add batter
1 tsp oil
Low flame
Flip over
Cook both sides
Perfectly cooked
Ready to serve.
