Red velvet smoothie

Take 1 banana, cut and keep in frozen section for 2-3 hours
– Now in a mixie take
– frozen banana,
– 1/2 boiled beet root
– 1/2 sp cocoa powder
– soaked 3-4 almonds
– 2 seedless dates soaked in water
– 2 tbs soaked oats
– add a pinch of salt
– now make the smoothie, if required add few spoons of milk
– Decorate smoothie bowl with chopped nuts

APPLE CASHEW SMOOTHIE

– Take an Apple and remove the skin
– shred it and put in a mixer
– add 3 soaked cashews (soaked for 1 hour)
– add a pinch of cinnamon powder (cinnamon and apple are very good combination)
– add 2 tsp oats
– add 2 soaked dates
– finally add 1/4th cup milk
– churn it and garnish with few cashews
– Enjoy

RAMAYANA’S BESAN LATTE

INGREDIENTS
250ml glass of milk
1 Tsp of besan flour
2 drops of pure ghee
Cardamon (optional)
2-3 Almonds
2-3 pistachio

Method :
1. Take besan and ghee in a pan and roast it on a very low flame till golden brown.

2. Now add milk and sugar.

3. Stir continuously with spatula or whisk. Let it boil for few minutes.
4. Now add sliced dry fruits and mix. Besan Latte is ready to serve. It is served very hot.

makhana kheer

Makhana kheer ?

?Ingridients?
* 2 bowl milk
•13-15 roasted makhana(without salt)
•1/2 tsp custard(optional)
•1 tbsp pomegranate n 1/4 chopped banana ….. Nd any seasonal fruit
•pinch of ilaichi powder..optional

Method :
1.Boil 400ml(bowl) milk(no sugar)till it remain 250 ml(condence),add custard,pinch of ilaichi powder.

2.On the time of serving add 13-15 roasted makhana to it then serve it hot
OR
3.(Optional) Cool it in refrigerator nd when it get cool add 13-15 roasted makhana and 2 spoon pomegranate n banana to it (for sweet taste) serve ND enjoy your meal ??

milk pancake

 

Milk Pancake

Ingredients

▪2 Bread slices
▪ 2-3 drops of desi ghee
▪½ sp custard powder
▪1 cup milk
▪2 sp Pomegranate

Instructions

1. In a pan , add 2-3 drops of ghee and roast the slices from both sides.

2. Place the bread slice on the top of another.

3. Add cup of milk in the pan and let it simmer.

4. In a bowl , mix custard powder and milk (without lumps)

5. Transfer this custard milk in the pan.

6. Let it simmer , till it’s soaked by the bread slices and reduced to one fourth.

7. Garnish it with pomegranate.

8. Enjoy
