Mahashivratri Special Makhana Smoothie
Ingredients:-
* Almonds
* Cashews
* Walnuts
* Pumpkin Seeds,
* Flax seeds,
* Kharek,
* Raisins Roasted makhana
METHOD
*Take bowl add Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Flax seeds, Kharek, Raisins (soak for 30 mins)
*Roasted makhana (add some milk) soak for 30 mins
-Take miksee add makhana, milk, some nuts, cinnamon, honey, chilled milk
-Blend into Grinder/Jar in it
-Nd it’s ready nd garnish with makhana, nuts nd enjoy..!!

▢curd
▢milk
▢ sprouts
▢ carrot
▢cucumber etc
▢curry leaves
▢peanuts
▢mustard seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
take a bowl….add oats chia seeds curd milk soaked overnight
add sprouts, carrot, cucumber etc…

add curry leaves, peanuts, mustard seeds

Ingredients:-
* cashew
* almonds
* pistachios
* black pepper
* fennel seeds
* poppy seeds
* melon seeds
* cardamom
* cinnamon stick
* nutmeg
* safforn rose petals
METHOD
– Take a bowl add cashew, almonds, pistachios, black pepper, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, melon seeds, cardamom ,cinnamon stick, nutmeg, safforn , rose petals.
-Add some water soak for 15 mins.
-put into Grinding jar nd grind it.
-boil milk put into Grinding jar, add thandai paste, add ice cubes nd blend it
-Top it with some kesar & rose petals
