34. Ramayana’s Nutritious vegetable salad ?

Ingredients:

•1/2 tomato(raw or cooked)
•1/2 onion(raw or cooked)
•1/2 carrot
1/2cucumber
•1/2red capsicum(raw or cooked)
•1/2yellow capsicum(raw or cooked)
•1/2green capsicum(raw or cooked)
• 3-4 floret of broccoli(optional)
•1 teaspoon cauliflower chopped(optional)
•1 teaspoon of sweet corn(steamed)
•lemon juice acorrding to taste
•salt to taste
•few drops of oil

Method:
•heat few drops of oil in a deep.Add onion,tomato,broccoli,capsicum(green,red,yellow)and saute.
•Combine all other the ingredients in a deep bowl with the saute vegetables and add salt,lemon juice and toss well.
•Serve immediately ??

33. Ramayana’s Dalia or qunioa and vegetable salad ?

Ingredients

•2 tbsp dalia or quinoa
•1 tbspoon cucumber (chopped)
•1 small tomato chopped
•1 teaspoon capsicum chopped
•2-3 pieces of brocolli
•1lemon
•few drops of oil
•red chilly (optional)

Method
– add few drops of oil in a pan
– Add dalia or quinoa and sauté it till it gets golden brown.
-Then add water in it nd let it boil.Drain and wash it with cold water and drain again
-Add the remaining ingredients in a bowl
– Refrigerate it for one hour. then add all chopped salad in it nd squeeze lemon on it nd add salt nd pepper to taste mix it well nd serve -??

32. Ramayana’s special Hummus?

INGREDIENTS
•1 tsp of tahini (sesame seed paste)(roasted, not raw)
•1 garlic clove mashed and roughly chopped
•3 tbsp of chickpeas , drained
•1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
•1/2 cup water
•salt to taste

METHOD
•In a food processor, combine the tahini and olive oil and pulse until smooth.
• Then add the garlic, lemon juice, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Process until smooth. The longer you process in the food processor, the smoother the hummus will be. Add more salt or lemon juice to taste.
GARNISH
Spoon into serving dish, swirl a little olive oil over the top and sprinkle with garnishes—a little paprika, , or chopped fresh parsley,coriander ,spinach

31. Ramayana’s Besan toast?

Ingredients
•1 tbsp besan
•2 slices of brown bread
•pinch of aamchur, ajwain,according lg hing, turmeric
•salt and chilly acc. To taste
•water accordingly
•1 green chilly finely chopped(optional)
• ¼ tsp ginger paste
•1 teaspoon onion finely chopped
•1 teaspoon capsicum finely chopped
•roughly chopped coriander leaves
•few drops of oil for toasting

Method
•firstly in a mixing bowl take besan then add turmeric, chilli powder, aamchur, ajwain, hing and salt. combine well ,further add water and whisk smooth.
•Additionaly add green chilli, ginger paste, onion, capsicum and chopped coriander leaves.
•Mix well and get to thick flowing consistency batter.
•Now dip a brown bread slices into besan batter and cover both sides.
•Heat pan few drops of oil and toast on low flame and flip over and cook both sides till besan gets cooked completely and bread turns crisp, press gently, make sure besan is cooked completely.
•Finally serve besan bread toast with green chutney(homemade)??

30. Ramayana’s suji toast ?

INGREDIENTS
•1 teaspoon tomato
•1 teaspoon green chilly(optional)
•pinch of coriander seeds.
•salt to taste.
•2 brown bread
•few drops of oil
•1 teaspoon rava (suji)
•1 tsp of cucumber
•1 tsp of sweet corn

METHOD
•Add tomato , cucumber, sweet corn, green chilly,coriander,salt n sooji.grind in mixer to make fine paste .
•Take one brown bread slice spread the rava mixture evenly with a spoon then toast the bread both side with some drop of oil on non stick tawa. Serve immediately with tamarind sauce (homemade ) – optional ??
