Ingredients
• 3 raw banana
• oil for grease
• red chilli powder
• coriander powder
• garam masala
• lemon juice

Method
boil raw banana in pressure cooker for 2-3 whistle leave it for cooling remove the skin n mash well add bananas in the bowl along with red chilli powder n lemon juice chopped coriander coriander powder n garam masala mix well now divide the portion n make tikki shape now take pan n greased with drop of oil n cook til both side gets golden brown n crisp . its done

100 . RABRI Apple (for fast also)

● Rabri made in the traditional way where the milk is simmered on a low flame for a long time to thicken and get the desired texture. This delicacy can be a good option for the fast.

Ingredient
•Apples 2 medium (300 g) •Milk 1 bowl
•Sugar free to taste ..optional
•Green cardamom powder ¼ •teaspoon Almonds blanched nd sliced- 5 g

Preparation
Pour milk in a broad vessel and bring to boil. Simmer till reduced to half the original quantity.
Peel and grate 11/2 apples.
Add the grated apples to reduced milk and mix.
Cook for three to four minutes. Add cardamom powder, almonds, and sugar free.
Pour into a serving dish.  Thinly slice the remaining apple.  Arrange the slices all around the dish.
Serve hot or cold.

Ingredients

•2 tbsp Kuttu Atta
• 1 grated raddish
•1 tsp Bottle Gourd
•grated (Ghiya)
• 1 tsp tomato chopped
• pinch of Red Chilli Powder
• Rock Salt to taste
•1 tbsp water
•drops of ghee
•Yoghurt 1 tbsp to serve

Method:
▪︎In a bowl, combine kuttu,, bottle gourd,tomato, raddish,chili powder, salt and water. Mix well to form a thick batter and keep aside to rest for 5 minutes.
▪︎After 5 minutes, heat a drops of ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the cheela for 1-2 minutes on each side and keep aside.
▪︎Repeat with remaining drops of ghee.
▪︎Once cooked, transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with yoghurt

98 . Ramayana’s Sama (vrat wala) dhokla

Ingredients
1/2 cup sama ke chawal
1 cup buttermilk
salt to taste

for the tempering:
1 green chili slit length wise
3-4 springs curry leaves
Drops of peanut oil
1/4 tsp sugar (pinch)
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup water

Method :
Soak the rice in the buttermilk and salt overnight.
Make drops of oil of the rice by blending it in mixie or food processor
Mix well and pour into a greased plate or steaming vessel. Steam till set and cooked. (approx. 10 minutes)
Let it cool completely. Then cut it in squares.
For the tempering, heat drops of oil in a pan, tip in the hing and rai seeds and let them crackle. Add the chili and curry leaves and stir them to let them cook and release their aroma. Pour water and add the sugar, let it come to a soft boil.
Take off the heat, add the lime juice and pour over the steamed dhokla. Let the sweet and sour water soak in, it will all disappear within 5 minutes. The dhokla will swell up so make space for them by removing a few from the plate.
Serve at room temperature

•1 tsp onion chopped
•1 tsp cucumber chopped
•1 tsp tomato chopped
•salt to taste
•Freshly ground black pepper to taste
•few drops of oil
•crumbled homemade paneer
•1 Hamburger bun
•1 tbsp condensed curd
•2-3 tsp atta maggie(optional)

DIRECTIONS
●In a pan over medium heat, heat few drops of oil. Add patties and cook until golden and warmed through, about 5 minutes per side.
●mix all the ingredients with hung curd in a bowl. Spread the mixture on bottom bun And Place the pattie on it then add atta maggie to it and cover it with remaining bun halve.ready to eat yummy veg burger??????
