96. Ramayana’s HOME MADE GREEN TEA ?

… Make powder of

(For 10 days..)
•Ajwain…5 spoon
•Jeera..5 spoon
•Saunf..5 spoon
•Cinnamon .. half spoon
•Cardamom … 4-5
•Cloves … 1-2

Method –

•Add 2 pinch of powder in water nd 2-3 leaves of mint or tulsi or curry leaves nd piece of ginger
•Boil it nd strain it .
•You can add one tsp of honey and half lemon if required to enhance the flavour .
Tip -Instead of green tea ,,use this twice or thrice in a day.

Ingredients
•Chopped adrak 1/4 tsp
•Mint 3-4 leaves(pudeena patti)
•Laung 1 clove
•pinch of Cinnamon powder
•3-4 Tulsi leaves
•jaggery to taste

Method
•Boil water in a deep pan, add all the ingredients,mix well and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
•Strain and pour into cup and serve immediately??

94. Ramayana’s Delicious Gajar halwa?

Ingredients
• 3-4carrots
• 1cup of water
•1 tsp poppy seeds
• add little jaggery (for taste )
• few drops of desi ghee
• 2 tsp finely chopped mixed dry nuts
• 2 green cardamom
• 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
• 1 tsp rose water.

Steps
•First of all, put cardamom and carrot in water and stir well .
•Heat the few drops of ghee in a separate pan and fry the mixed dry nuts lightly and mix it with the carrots, and add the soaked poppy seeds at the same time .
•Now add the jaggery , rose water and cardamom powder , cook it for 1 to 2 minutes .
•And it’s Ready to eat ..
•Serve hot and garnish with few nuts ??

93. Ramayana’s Stuffed mixed vegetable chapatti

INGREDIENTS
•1 tsp chopped cauliflower
• salt to taste
• green chilly (optional)
•1 tsp chopped onion
•1 tsp chopped carrot
•1 tsp capsicum
•1 tsp green beans
•1 tsp green peas
•pinch of cumin seeds
•salt to taste
•pinch of turmeric powder
•1 tsp chopped tomato
•few drops of oil

METHOD
•Dip the cauliflower in warm salty water for few minutes
•Finelly chopped onion,carrot,capsicum,green peas n beans .
•Heat few drops of oil in pan add cumin seeds nd allow seeds to crackle when seeds crackle.
•Add the chopped veggie mixture in pan n saute well drain the water n chopped the cauliflower n add into same pan n add salt turmeric chilli powder n saute well.
•Switch of the flame now add wheat flour in this mixture n required water n make a smooth dough .
•Make roti from the dough n cook on tava till both side gets golden brown its done.
•Ready to serve .
•Serve hot

INGREDIENTS
• 30 gm homemade paneer
•1 tsp onion
•1 tsp tomato
•1 tsp carrot
•1 tsp fresh mint leaves
•salt to taste
•black pepper to taste
•1 tsp lemon juice

METHOD
•Combine the paneer,tomato, onion,lemon juice black pepper,grated carrots n fresh mint now mix well.
•Now take chapati n place the mixture n drizzle some green chutney .
•Wrap the chapati n its done??
