*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd Aloe vera juice (20ml)with water
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

cup of milk tea/green tea with 2 oats biscuits

24,25,26 july… bowl of spicy crunchy cornflakes (add max chopped veggies) with salad bowl
