First 10 days…. Take mint leaves(½spoon paste) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… Take jeera(½spoon) water… 200ml
Next 10 days… 2 garlic cloves with water
Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…
*After 10 min* … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut nd amla juice (20ml)
Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening
45 min. walk daily n yoga
*EARLY MORNING*
Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 oats biscuits
*BREAKFAST*
*9:00 am*
21 july…. glass of banana shake (no sugar) (use ½ banana and 300ml milk)
22,23,24 july… 1 large jau onion kneaded chapati with curd and salad bowl
*Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal*
*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*
*At 11:30 noon*
