131. Ramayana’s special Fruit punch?

Ingredients
•1/2 lemon
•1 orange
•1 apple
•1 pomegranate
•1/2 beetroot
•3-4 mint leaves

Preparation
•Quarter apple and remove their core. Halve the orange. Put all the fruits into the juicer, one after the other, and process. The juices will collect in a jar.
•Now put mint leaves n pomegranate and put them into individual serving glasses.
•Pour the mixed fruit juice over them.
•Serve immediately??

130. Ramayana’s Apple & Cucumber salad?
Ingredients
•Apple – half medium
•Cucumber – half medium
•Red Chilly – 1 (seeds removed)optional
•pinch of Mustard Seeds
•few drops of Lemon juice
•Salt to taste

Method
•Cut apple and cucumber as very thin slices.. Take them in a bowl..
•Heat a pan and add few drops of oil and add mustard seeds.. Let it sputter .. You should wait till it sputters, otherwise the taste will differ.. Add chilli cover to the pan and let it also get roasted..
•Take roasted mustard seeds and chilli cover in a blender and powder it..Add this powder ans salt to the bowl of slices..
•Finally add lemon juice and serve it??

Ingredients
?5 cups diced seedless watermelon
?Black salt according to taste
?juice of 1 lime
? 1 cup of ice
?Half spoon gond katira

Method
Combine all the ingredients in blender without gond katira and blend until completely smooth…….. In last add gond katira in the bowl of watermelon slush. Keep jt for 20 min nd then enjoy your meal…. ?

128. Ramayana’s Ragi cheela

Ingredients
Ragi flour – 1 tbsp
Besan –1 tbsp
Onion – 1 fine chopped
Carrot – 1 grated
Methi leaves – ½ cup chopped
Ginger garlic chilli paste h – half tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Sesame seeds – 2 tsp
Salt according to taste
Curd – ¼ cup
Water – ⅓ cup
Oil for roasting

Method
Keep all ingredients in a mixing bowl,Add water mix it well.
Keep it aside for 30 min. ( optional )
Spread a spoon of better on hot non-stick tawa.
Spread some oil.
Cover and cook. Flip when cooked.
Serve hot Ragi Besan Chilla with green chutney.?
