Early morning when u wake up at 7:00 am

(soaked overnight)

First 10 days…. Take jeera (½spoon) water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2 black pepper with water… 200ml

Next 10 days… Take 2-3 kadhi leaves water ……200ml

Then go for freshen up n check ur weight…

After 10 min … 4 soaked almond nd 2 walnut and triphala juice (20 ml) with water

Go for walk n yoga … as ur comfort morning or evening

45 min.walk daily n yoga

Cup of milk tea or green tea with 2 marie biscuits

*BREAKFAST*

9:00 am

6,7,8 august….bowl of black chana salad (add max chopped salad) 

9 august….glass of banana shake ( use 1 ½ banana with 300ml milk) ( no sugar) 

Don’t take tea with your meal take it after or before half an hour of your meal

*AFTERNOON MIDMEAL*

At 11:00 noon

1 kiwi 

Half spoon chia seed In a day…..before lunch…..add in your water bottle
